At no stage are you in possession of bank details. The tenant interacts with Stripe exclusively, so the only information you will be holding are the normal details you will have for a tenancy agreement.
RentStream holds the details of transaction and tenants for only the periods required by legislation and does not under any circumstances share those details with anyone for any reason.
Yes. The only requirement is a bank account and an email, which they would need in all circumstances anyway.
The only fees are transaction based. A tiny percentage charge - always less than 1% - is incurred on each transfer regardless of the number of splits. After tax the percentage is nearly always less that .5%.
Yes. RentStream will produce a payment file for the agent and the landlord on each transaction. In addition a full report of monies collected and transferred can be downloaded, giving the agents and landlord an exact figure of monies received for their own accounting records.

Yes. RentStream is Cloud based and very nimble and can be backed int most modern CRM packages. If you change CRM, RentStream operates as normal and can move to the new one, making it independent of any changes you make to other systems in your business.
